An engineer by training, with a B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication from SGSITS, Indore, and currently pursuing a PhD in Spirituality and Science. She is a Director at Popular Breads Pvt. Ltd.

Baking came first as a passion. Over many years she personally explored, experimented with and refined the recipes The Cake Company is built on, with a consistent focus on taste and quality. She led the experiential side of the brand: chandelier cakes, floating cakes, six-foot cakes and grand wedding cakes.

Beyond the bakery she is the founder of Tattva Healing & Workshops, a platform for wellness, healing and sound-healing sessions.

Holds an MBA in Food Science, with further specialised courses in Germany covering baking, product development and food innovation.

He expanded the Popular Breads legacy well beyond its original boundaries, establishing factories in Agra and Bhopal, taking the brand onto modern retail and quick-commerce platforms, and launching Popular Namkeens, a premium range of baked, no-palm-oil snacks in premium packaging.

In 2017 he founded The Cake Company with Shanaya, carrying forward his grandfather’s pioneering craft and his father’s vision of premium baking for Jabalpur.
